We’re a relatively new Clarity customer having changed copier supplier for our 3 branches in July. Oliver assisted in finding the right solution to meet our business needs and budget whilst ensuring we still had copiers that would meet our quality standards. We enquired with Clarity over a year ago with the view to upgrading our machinery for our small print business. Can't recommend Oliver and his team at Clarity enough. Very responsive to emails and answered all of my questions, giving plenty of options and providing my busy estate agency with a great printer solution. The delivery and installation went very smoothly with minimal downtown and the communication and professionalism were second to none. As a Clarity customer of around 10 years now over multiple businesses, they offer a great range and are always there to help answer questions and suggest solutions. The devices they supply have been great, robust and consistent. Service of the device is always quick and painless. I have recommended to others who have also given positive feedback so i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again.

11th September ‘23 I thought I would look up the archives to remind me how long Clarity Copiers have been supplying us with copy equipment as I was sure it was a long time but I then discovered that the records we had kept didn’t go back far enough. It must be over twenty years and a firm must be doing something right to sustain a business connection over that period. I have no recollection of a falling out about anything and any inevitable hardware glitch has always been fixed as quickly as I could hope. We are just a small office but we really get looked after Recently my link with Clarity has expanded as they have now supplied me with a first class large format plotter/printer and we have just been upgraded to a state of the art photocopier. We are in a rather awkward semi-basement office and the installations have always been carried out fairly seamlessly with the minimum cursing and swearing – and that was usually me! I like Clarity, I like their staff and I like their service so I suspect that I will stick with them for the duration. Alan Campbell Architects, Scarborough
