Andy is our Service Director. Andy joined Clarity Pennine in 2004 as a Service Engineer and was promoted to Service Director in 2011.
Andy has a vast knowledge of Sharp Products and is dedicated to ensuring our Service Department provides outstanding customer service.

Gavin joined Clarity Pennine in 2009. Gavin is an expert when it comes to all things Sharp. He strives to provide the best customer service possible alongside his responsibilities as Service Supervisor. With Andy he works hard to develop a highly skilled and dedicated Service Team.

Gavin Howard – Service Supervisor
Dave joined Clarity Pennine in 2001 bringing with him 19 years in the copier industry. Dave has a wealth of knowledge with the Sharp Products and along with the rest of our service team ensures customer service always comes first.

Sean joined Clarity Pennine in 2007 bringing with him 25 years of experience. Sean specialises in Networking as well as being an experienced Service Engineer. Like all our engineers Sean is dedicated to providing quality customer service.

Joe joined Clarity Pennine in 2011 bringing 10 years of Sharp experience with him. Joe is dedicated to providing first class customer service and a friendly smile. Joe has a vast wealth of knowledge with the products we provide and will always strive to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Jonny joined Clarity in 2015 as a Service Engineer bringing with him a wealth of knowledge. Jonny has 14 years experience in the industry and is dedicated to providing quality customer service.

Cindy has worked with Bernard, our Managing Director from Day 1. Cindy has a varied role as you can imagine with her experience at Clarity Pennine and the fact she has worked within the Copier Industry for 25 years.
Alongside Cindy’s role as PA to our Managing Director she also deals with accounts both sales and purchase ledger. Cindy is also our office manager.

Tom began working for Clarity Pennine in 2014 in our Marketing Department. Tom is working hard to develop his knowledge of Sharp Products and develop good relationship with prospective customers.
