Flexible workplaceThe built-in Microsoft Teams connection strengthens teamwork and collaboration by providing direct and secure access for printing to or scanning from Microsoft Teams. The Synappx Go mobile app also enables contactless and remote printing. With a single sign-on, users can seamlessly connect their mobile devices via WiFi, AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC or QR code to the company’s workflows and printing capabilities – no matter where they work.
High securityThe BP-50C45 has a range of industry-leading data security systems and features that protect not only the printer but also the data it processes. Features such as BIOS-based security, whitelisting, self-recovery software and the standard Trusted Platform Module mean users can be confident that their sensitive data and documents are always kept safe and secure. In addition, the optional anti-malware software from Bitdefender can add another layer of security so that the system, data and network are protected.
Smart functionsThe status light gives the user a quick overview of the status of the MFP. The intuitive apps on the 10.1 inch LCD color panel make it easy to manage the functions using touch functions equivalent to those found on smartphones.
High productivityThe BP-50C45 can print and copy at speeds of up to 45 pages per minute in color and black and white, and you can change toner and paper without pausing the print or copy job, so your productivity is not lost.
The built-in document feeder can scan double-sided documents at speeds of up to 80 ipm in batches of up to 100 sheets, making it quick to complete even large jobs. The BP-50C45 also uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) to determine the optimal resolution, gradation and compression speed for any scan job.
The standard Print Release feature enables users to securely release their print jobs to the most conveniently located MFP from up to 100 connected network-ready devices, and a range of comprehensive finishing options, including a folding unit, saddle stitching, manual and stapleless stapling, provide additional versatility and gives more flexibility to your printing.
The Sharp Application Portal facilitates remote firmware and application updates, ensuring that the multifunction system is always kept up-to-date.
